Role Overview Youll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health Youll support them to flourish in a place they call home. And get out for movie nights and food outings Youll provide personal care including support with continence needs; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping.
