Support Worker (Discovery) — Taunton: Make a hands‑on difference supporting five people living together in Taunton to live independently and enjoy everyday life. You’ll provide practical and emotional support — medication prompting, accompanying health appointments, meal preparation and personal care — and help plan social activities such as shopping, family visits, church and gardening. The role is on‑site, 30 hours per week with morning (7:00–14:30) and evening (14:30–22:00) rota options across weekdays and weekends; rotas are issued at least four weeks in advance to support a healthy work–life balance. Holidays and short breaks are part of the offer (recent trips include Cyprus, Edinburgh and Butlins), and keen gardeners would be very welcome to work with a large garden for growing veg and plants.
