We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing full support to 4 females and 4 males with diverse needs in Taunton. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks. - Encouraging participation in different hobbies such as swimming, bowling, musicals, and arts and crafts. - Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and building independence. - Ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. - Providing companionship and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. What We're Looking For - A kind-hearted and patient personality. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for working with individuals who need full support. - The ability to work as part of a team and independently. - Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential—training will be provided.
