Support Worker role in Totton offering £13.50 per hour, permanent part‑time hours with 12‑hour shift patterns (08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00). You’ll provide 1:1, in‑home support to an individual who loves horror films, rollercoasters, shopping, baking and singing — supporting meaningful activities, community days out and household tasks to keep their home life comfortable and engaging. The person has autism, mental health needs and behaviours that can be perceived as challenging, so you’ll need proven experience supporting autism, mental health and challenging behaviour, a calm, empathetic approach and clear communication in their preferred style. Candidates must live locally to Totton and hold a full UK driving licence.
