Make a real difference supporting a Turkish-speaking client with a brain injury in Barnet. This full-time, permanent Support Worker role pays up to £18.12 per hour (typical range £16.84–£18.12) and involves day shifts (07:00–19:00) with an occasional night shift (Fridays 19:00–07:00). You will use your fluent Turkish (written and verbal) — a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010 — to provide person-centred personal care, help with daily routines, build independence, offer companionship and keep clear records to share with the wider multidisciplinary team. Experience supporting people with brain injuries is essential, and the role calls for patience, excellent communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
