Support Worker with Creative Support in Ulverston, Cumbria — a hands‑on, person‑centred role supporting tenants with learning disabilities and autism. You’ll work within a positive behaviour support framework, offering personal care, domestic assistance and companionship while supporting community activities such as walking, swimming and eating out. The role involves responding calmly to challenging behaviour, following agreed plans and working as part of a consistent, supportive team.
