Provide life-changing support as a Support Worker at Bryn Y Wawr in Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including behaviours that challenge. This permanent, female-only role pays £12.60 per hour and is available full time (37.5 hours) or part time (25 hours), with 24/7 shift patterns including days, nights and weekends. New starters receive a £1,000 joining bonus on successful completion of probation and there’s a £500 refer-a-friend bonus for current staff. No previous care experience is required — full training and induction are provided — but successful applicants will need an enhanced DBS; please note we are unable to offer sponsorship.
