Support Worker (female applicants only) – Bryn Y Wawr, Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire (SA19 6DB). Permanent role paying £12.60 per hour, with full-time 37.5 hours or part-time 25 hours options; shift patterns include days, nights and weekends as part of a 24/7 residential service. You will support adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, including behaviours that challenge, delivering compassionate, person-centred care that promotes independence and community integration. Duties include personal care and hygiene support, meal preparation and encouraging healthy eating, life-skills coaching (budgeting, self-care), assisting with activities and community access, following care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support, administering medication after training, maintaining records and taking part in handovers.
