Support Worker at Cygnet Bryn Y Wawr (Llandeilo, SA19) supporting adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge in a specialist residential setting. You’ll deliver compassionate, person‑centred care across a rota that includes days, nights and weekends in a 24/7 service — assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration after training, life‑skills coaching, community activities and accurate record keeping. This permanent role pays £12.60 per hour, with full‑time (37.5 hrs) and part‑time (25 hrs) options available; no previous care experience is required because full training and induction are provided. Please note this post is only open to female applicants due to the service requirement and successful candidates will need an enhanced DBS check.
