Job description
Support Worker role with The Best Connection Group Limited based in Warminster, offering part-time temporary work at £12.50–£13.20 per hour with weekly pay. You’ll cover a range of supported living services across the BA12 area, supporting adults with autism, learning difficulties, behaviours that may challenge and those severely affected by mental illness. The focus is practical, person-centred support to help people stay safe, keep well and maintain independence and a sense of belonging in their community.
The role involves hands-on support with daily living tasks, developing new skills, community access and working alongside other support staff and health professionals. Shifts are flexible between 07:00–22:00 and can include sleep-in duties, with day, night and weekend opportunities. You’ll follow individual support plans, use moving and handling equipment where needed and receive induction and refresher training plus on-call backing and holiday accrual.
