We're looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our Care in the Home team, supporting a friendly, independent man living with a spinal cord injury in his own home in Tamworth. Your Role: Provide personal care , medication support , and use of clinical equipment Assist with moving and handling Drive your client to appointments, outings, and activities (Full clean UK driving licence required) Join family trips and holidays , creating shared experiences and lasting memories ?
