Support people with autism and complex needs to live as independently as possible from two supported living houses on Cranford Avenue in Weymouth. This full‑time, permanent Support Worker role pays £12.50 per hour and involves hands‑on, person‑centred care for eight residents: encouraging community participation, supporting activities of daily living (personal care, routines, meal planning and budgeting), delivering social and recreational support, using individuals’ chosen methods of communication, and applying positive behavioural support where needed. You’ll keep accurate records, report changes in health or circumstances, work as part of a close‑knit team and use your own initiative — ideal for warm, reliable carers (many of whom are women) who want a meaningful, practical role that uses strong people skills and a proactive attitude.

Agincare is a family‑run provider caring for people since 1986, with over 4,500 colleagues and CQC‑regulated services across England. The role offers fully funded training, clear career pathways, a refer‑a‑friend bonus (up to £500), Blue Light card discounts and a company pension, plus additional support for care leavers. You must have a minimum of 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
