Education and Training Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required. Compassionate, caring, and empathetic nature. Excellent oral and verbal communication skills. Dedicated, reliable, and responsible work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
