We’re guided by compassion, empowerment, and respect — and now we’re looking for Support Workers to join our growing team and make a real difference every day. What will I be doing? As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting adults who may have experienced homelessness, domestic abuse, substance misuse, or other complex needs. You’ll provide tailored, person-centred support to help each individual achieve their goals and sustain their tenancy. Your day-to-day work will include: Building trusting relationships with residents and supporting them in their recovery journey. Helping residents manage daily living skills such as budgeting, cooking, and maintaining their home. Assisting with benefit applications, appointments, and referrals to external services. Recording support notes and updating support plans in our secure case management system. Supporting residents to engage in community activities and access training or employment opportunities. Working collaboratively with local authorities, health professionals, and partner organisations. What do I need to bring with me? You’ll need to demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others achieve positive change. Experience in supported housing, care, or community support is desirable but not essential — we provide full training and induction for the right people. We’re looking for individuals who can: Communicate effectively and work calmly under pressure. Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and partners. Show understanding of safeguarding, equality, and diversity. Use basic IT systems confidently to record notes and complete forms. Work flexibly, including some evenings, weekends, and occasional sleep-ins. Lived experience of homelessness, recovery, or social disadvantage is valued and welcomed.
