Search Consultancy LTD in Exmouth is recruiting Support Workers - Learning Disabilities to join an expanding bank hours team working in private healthcare settings across Exmouth and the surrounding area. These temporary, ad hoc roles involve supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs in a variety of hospitals and units. Shifts are flexible and can be tailored around your life — full‑time and ad hoc options are available — and you’ll need to be able to travel locally by your own or public transport to placements.
This role is ideal for carers (particularly women returning to work or seeking greater flexibility) who have recent UK healthcare experience — a minimum of three months is required, with candidates with six months’ experience especially welcome — and a flexible approach to work.
