We are looking for a team of Supporter Experience Coordinators to provide an exceptional level of service to our valued supporters, ensuring they receive the best possible experience. This role is essential in fostering long-term support by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries, processing donations, and assisting with fundraising administration. You will be the first point of contact for supporters, ensuring all queries are handled with care, efficiency, and enthusiasm. Every interaction will leave supporters feeling valued and appreciated.

Key responsibilities will include processing donations and ensuring they are acknowledged in a timely and heartfelt manner, whether by telephone, email, or handwritten cards. Maintaining accurate supporter records will be crucial, as well as ensuring data is processed correctly and marketing preferences are respected. Your work will contribute to the smooth running of fundraising initiatives, from large campaigns and community events to more personal and meaningful supporter interactions.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage data efficiently. A proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving will be essential, along with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

St Gemma’s Hospice is a Leeds-based charity providing expert care and support for local people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. We offer care to patients and their carers in the Hospice’s In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemma’s community team, and via our day services, which include a Day Hospice and Out-Patient Department.
