Job description
Step into a fulfilling opportunity with Cardiff and Vale University Health Board as a Team Lead Occupational Therapist within the vibrant Community Mental Health Team. Offering a part-time role of 22.5 hours, this position places you at the heart of community care, where you'll lead and innovate within the Occupational Therapy Team. With a focus on embedding the principles of Occupational Therapy through a recovery framework, your role will encompass the development of services, supervision and management of team members, and work alongside other Multi-Disciplinary Team Leads. Whether you're a competent Welsh speaker or prefer English, your communication skills will be highly valued.
