Lead a dedicated team at a children’s residential home in Selby, taking responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the house and the quality of care young people receive. You will supervise and motivate Residential Support Workers, manage staff rotas, oversee individual care plans and training, record and report incidents and safeguarding concerns, and work with families and external agencies to promote a calm, child‑centred environment where children develop life skills and meet personal goals.
