The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Team Leader for its Health and Social Care Partnership, based in various care homes across the city. This role, offering a salary between £32,010 and £37,626 for 36 hours a week, involves supervising care staff, ensuring high-quality care for vulnerable residents, and maintaining a respectful and safe environment. Key responsibilities include training and supporting staff, personalizing care plans for residents, and upholding their dignity and individuality during care activities.

The ideal candidate should possess at least an SVQ3 in Health and Social Care, medication administration training, and a minimum of one year's experience in a care setting.
