Lead a close‑knit team delivering person‑centred care in East Lancashire for 35 hours per week (permanent, on‑site). Alternative Futures Group is recruiting a Team Leader (salary £32,195) to manage and coach support workers, oversee assessments, planning and reviews, and embed a quality assurance approach across the service. This hands‑on role reports to the Area Manager and demands strong resource and rota management, recruitment and supervision experience, confident IT use for reporting, and a full driving licence as travel is required.
