Job description
Lead a small team delivering person-centred support for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs in the Blackburn / Burnley area. This permanent Team Leader role with Alternative Futures Group is 35 hours per week (salary £32,195) and requires a driver due to travel between services. You will organise and oversee day-to-day delivery, manage resources and budgets, embed quality-assurance at service level, coordinate recruitment, deliver regular supervisions and appraisals, and use person-centred planning tools to shape outcomes. The role is on-site, offers flexible working options (including a 9‑day fortnight or 4.5 day week), and requires willingness to work some unsocial hours and on-call shifts; candidates should hold (or be willing to obtain) an NVQ3-equivalent in care/management.
