The role will require working flexibly to support and enable people with Mental Health needs and physical health problems to live full lives in their local community, whilst monitoring and maintaining their health and well-being. You will be at the centre of achieving the best possible outcomes for our Tenants and being part of a dynamic effective Team across our two services. You will develop professional relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and with the family members of the people you support. You will be a positive role model to the people you supervise and ensure they provide a high standard of care and support; whilst ensuring opportunities for their training and development is supplied. You will be responsible for monitoring the individual support for each person and ensure that support is delivered in a person-centred manner. Team Leader Responsibilities: Leading a team of experienced Support Workers and ensuring that support is delivered appropriately and professionally Compiling a rota to meet the needs of the service Ensuring staff are trained adequately, as well as being confident and competent in their role Submitting and monitoring timesheets to ensure all are paid in a timely manner Supervising others and giving regular support to your staff team Experience is required for this position. Our two services are located within a five minute walk of one another, with access to multiple public transport routes.
