Lead a committed multi‑disciplinary team as Team Manager – Children in Care Court for Northamptonshire Children’s Trust, based in Northampton (NN1). This permanent, full‑time post (salary £56,972–£61,323) closes on 05 December 2025 and focuses on prioritising the safety and long‑term outcomes of children in care while managing court work. You will line‑manage Social Workers, an Advanced Practitioner, Family Support Workers, apprentice Social Workers and business support staff; allocate and prioritise caseloads; drive care planning and performance targets; and coach the team to deliver timely, child‑centred practice.
