Step into the Theatre Support Worker KTC role at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust in Kidderminster (DY11) and play a vital part in delivering safe, high‑quality perioperative care. As a Band 2 support worker you will prepare patients and theatre environments for surgical procedures, assist with safe patient transfers, maintain clean and well‑stocked theatres, complete accurate documentation and support equipment care. You’ll work alongside anaesthetists, surgeons, theatre nurses and other theatre staff, respond promptly to clinical emergencies under supervision, and help coach new starters and students — a hands‑on post that suits compassionate, reliable people who enjoy practical, team‑based work and take pride in making each patient’s experience calm and dignified.
