Band 3: £24,937 to £26,598 a year per annum  PERMANENT   NO SPONSORSHIP 
Play a hands-on, caring role in surgical care at Rochdale Infirmary Theatres (OL12) as a Theatre Support Worker. You will be a vital member of the theatre team, preparing instruments and equipment, supporting patients onto trolleys and getting them ready for anaesthesia, assisting the surgical team with instruments during procedures, managing stock and supplies, and keeping theatre areas sterile and organised after surgery. This permanent, full-time Band 3 role pays from £24,937 to £26,598 and suits compassionate, reliable carers and women looking for practical, patient-facing work — you’ll need NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare (or a Level 3 apprenticeship/equivalent), basic IT and good communication skills, willingness to work flexible shifts, and a DBS check; peri‑operative training at Levels 2 & 3 is desirable or can be undertaken on the job.
