Job description
This role is ideal for compassionate carers who want to translate hands‑on caring skills into clinical rehabilitation work. You’ll need healthcare or therapy assistant experience, the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, good communication and teaching skills for patients and families, and relevant NVQ qualifications (Level IV or Level III plus additional short course); an Assistant Practitioner qualification is desirable. The team is welcoming and supportive, with wellbeing initiatives, social events and flexible working available across a large, research‑led specialist centre.
