Therapy Assistant Practitioner - MSK Outpatients (Band 4) at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, Ipswich (IP4). Support MSK physiotherapists to deliver individual and group exercise rehabilitation, assist with physiotherapy-led hydro sessions, supervise and progress patient exercise programmes, complete discharge reviews within your competence and keep accurate records to CSP standards. This permanent, full-time role offers a Band 4 salary of £27,485–£30,162, a generous NHS pension, 27 days' annual leave (pro rata), unsocial hours pay where applicable and access to staff health and wellbeing programmes.

This role suits therapy assistants, healthcare or fitness practitioners who are caring, organised and enjoy hands-on patient work; previous MSK experience is desirable but not essential.
