Work as a Transitional Care Support Worker with Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust in NG7, supporting midwives and the wider team to deliver safe, women-centred care. This Band 3, permanent role (£24,937–£26,598 pro rata) is rotational and includes training for clinical settings. You will carry out delegated care under supervision: neonatal observations, assisting with newborn screening and blood sampling, supporting initiation and maintenance of breastfeeding, promoting bonding and parenting skills in hospital and home settings, recognising and escalating clinical or safeguarding concerns, and keeping accurate records to maintain a safe environment.
