Be the calm, awake presence young people need — Look Ahead Care, Support and Housing Ltd is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker for its Young People Social Care Service in Tower Hamlets (E3). This role suits compassionate, resilient carers who enjoy working with young people and can handle varied, sometimes challenging behaviour with calm and professionalism. You will build trusting relationships, help tenants with daily living skills (cooking, budgeting, bedtime routines), support independent living, complete assessments and paperwork, manage risk with an attitude of positive risk‑taking, carry out handovers, follow lone‑working and health & safety protocols and liaise with partner organisations. Essential: NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent and some relevant experience supporting people with mental health needs; you must be legally eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
