Waking Night Support Worker Job details Posting date: 28 October 2025 Salary: Not specified Additional salary information: £12.40 per hour Hours: Full time Closing date: 12 November 2025 Location: Waterloo, Liverpool Remote working: On-site only Company: Creative Support Job type: Permanent Job reference: 81971 Apply for this job Summary We are looking for respectful, warm and enthusiastic Waking Night Support Workers to work in our supported living service in Waterloo, providing support to 5 individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorders within their own self-contained apartments. You must be prepared to ‘go the Extra Mile’ to ensure that service users are enjoying the highest quality of life and have opportunities to become more independent and connected to their communities. You will have excellent communication and team working skills whilst promoting service user’s dignity, independence and well-being. If you are calm, resourceful and proactive, this role is perfect for you. Waking Night Support Worker Duties: • Providing personal care to service users, • Working evenings on a rota system including weekends and bank holidays, • Supporting individuals with activities that they enjoy and days out in the surrounding towns of Winwick, St. Helens, Leigh and Newton-le-Willows and further afield • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users • Carrying out general administrative duties and housing management tasks Although previous experience in a similar role is more advantageous, we encourage the people with the right values and passion to apply and work to make a difference. Creative Support also offers a wide range of training courses. This will be a perfect opportunity for those who are seeking to progress in the health and social care sector as we also offer the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care level 2 – 5. We will support your continuous development by providing accredited courses such as person-centred planning, communication approaches and many more. Full and part time hours will be considered. 36 hours for full time, 27 hours for part time.
