We are looking for aWater Operations Coordinatorwho would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.

As the Water Operations Coordinator your key responsibilities are

• Handling incoming emergency/non-emergency water and wastewater incidents to resolution
• Direct written and verbal communication with contactors/developers to update on any ongoing issues
• Scheduling appointments to close customer and asset related queries
• Wastewater Pumping Station management, monitoring alarms, troubleshooting problems through iHost platform and dispatching required resource to site
• To be part of an on-call rota
  
  

About You

• Proven experience of carrying out administrative tasks and able to work well under pressure
• Experience of developing and maintaining relationships at all levels
• Ability to deliver high customer service in sometimes challenging circumstances
• Competent in all Microsoft Office programmes
• Familiarity with the water industry desirable
