As the Water Operations Coordinator your key responsibilities are
- Handling incoming emergency/non-emergency water and wastewater incidents to resolution
- Direct written and verbal communication with contactors/developers to update on any ongoing issues
- Scheduling appointments to close customer and asset related queries
- Wastewater Pumping Station management, monitoring alarms, troubleshooting problems through iHost platform and dispatching required resource to site
- To be part of an on-call rota
- Proven experience of carrying out administrative tasks and able to work well under pressure
- Experience of developing and maintaining relationships at all levels
- Ability to deliver high customer service in sometimes challenging circumstances
- Competent in all Microsoft Office programmes
- Familiarity with the water industry desirable
- At least the cost of living pay increase every year
- Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5%
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays with the ability to purchase an additional 2 weeks
