Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your focus will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, while promoting the values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment. Responsibilities include identifying residents' needs, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging events and outings, and maintaining a safe and professional environment.
