Make a real difference as a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Avery Healthcare’s Aignan Way home in TN8. In this permanent, full‑time role you’ll plan and deliver a varied programme of activities and outings that stimulate residents’ physical, psychological and social wellbeing, while promoting privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment. You will listen to residents and families to build life stories, prepare monthly activity and wellbeing plans, encourage staff and relatives to join events, and help maintain a safe, welcoming living environment. The role pays £13.50 an hour.

This role suits someone with experience working with older people in residential, nursing or dementia settings who enjoys organising events, communicating clearly and creating meaningful days for others.
