As an Advanced Social Worker with Surrey County Council based in Guildford (GU2), you will work in the Children with Disabilities team supporting children and families through complex assessments and multi-agency plans. The role combines direct community work with agile home and office working, and offers a chance to take on supervisory responsibility — line managing Family Support Workers, carrying complex caseloads, undertaking joint visits when needs escalate and occasionally deputising for the Team Manager. This is a permanent, full‑time post with a salary of £47,884–£51,175 plus an additional package of up to £6,000. The closing date for applications is 24 November 2025.
