Job description
This permanent, full‑time post (salary £38,682–£46,580) is ideal for experienced registered nurses who want a visible leadership role that combines hands‑on clinical work with staff development and service improvement. You will mentor students and staff, cultivate a reflective learning culture, manage rostering and local resources, and contribute to a restorative, just‑culture approach to performance and wellbeing. The position is based in Bristol (BS16) and closes on 19 November 2025.
