Job summary
We currently have a unique opening for a Patient Pathway Facilitator who is seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge within the Cancer department.A keen team player, you will play a key role leading the MDT Teams to assist with the delivery of a high-quality weekly MDT.The role will be based in Watford however cross cover may be required. The hours are 37.5 a week. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ Please note - we are unable to obtain a Certificate of Sponsorship (Work Permit) for this role.

Job responsibilities
You will be responsible for tracking all cancer referrals from referral through to treatment, monitoring wait times and making escalations to clinical teams to ensure compliance with national Cancer Waiting Time targets are met.You will be responsible for the daily tracking and validation of Patients.You will need to assist in the preparation of MDT meetings as well as providing cover in the absence of the MDT coordinator, processing & validating outcomes.You will be liaising closely with other tertiary sites and obtaining and recording significant data requirements.You will be expected to assist with weekly meetings with both the clinical teams and CNS outside of the MDT itself.
