Support a family-led service in Lea, Preston as a part-time Bank Support Worker (permanent post) delivering hands-on care to a profoundly disabled gentleman. Starting in around four weeks, you’ll work with a small, friendly team in a 2:1 environment, carrying out personal care tasks such as medication administration, dressing, bathing, meal preparation and mobility support, plus light household duties. Shifts are flexible and include evenings, weekends, waking watches and short respite breaks — ideal if you need variety or a role that fits around family life. No prior care experience is essential; full training and e‑learning are provided, although a DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.

This role pays £13.00 per hour and includes pension opportunities and ongoing support from Lancashire Independent Living Service.
