This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a profoundly disabled gentleman's life while working in a small supportive and rewarding environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide personal care and support to the individual's varying needs. 2. Assist with daily living activities, including administering medication, dressing, bathing, personal care and meal preparation. 3. To support household chores during shifts 4. To support the individual to maintain independence and dignity. 5. Administer medication and support with mobility when required. 6. Foster a safe, respectful, and caring environment. REQUIREMENT 1. Previous experience in health and social care work is desirable but not essential (training / e-learning) will be provided. 2. Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude. 3. Ability to work well in a 2:1 environment. 4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evening, weekends, waking watches and small respite breaks. 5.
