Job summary
:The practice is currently facilitating the transition from analogue to digital processes, in accordance with the NHS 10-year plan. The primary responsibilities of the post holder include enhancing patient access to care and support through the utilisation of artificial intelligence, software algorithms and the NHS App, with particular emphasis on supporting individuals who are digitally excluded or less likely to engage with the practice.
