Step into a practical, people-focused role as a Care Navigator with Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, based at the Waterside Medical Centre in Gosport (PO12). You’ll be part of a busy telephone hub and may work across Gosport sites, acting as the first point of contact for patients by answering calls, booking and changing appointments, greeting visitors, checking patients in, and directing enquiries to the right clinician. Administrative tasks include scanning and coding correspondence into patient records, checking and actioning workflows, preparing samples for collection, and following protocols to open and close the surgery securely. Strong communication, good IT and customer-service skills, discretion and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-skilled team are essential; previous NHS experience is helpful but not required as full training will be provided.
