Based at St Woolos Hospital in Newport (NP20), this Clerical Support Officer / Call Handler role with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board places you at the heart of the Trauma & Orthopaedic scheduling team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and professionals, managing inbound calls and emails to achieve one-call resolution, supporting schedulers to maintain elective surgery diaries and helping the team meet service targets and KPIs. This is a full-time, fixed-term (12 months) secondment at Agenda for Change Band 2 (£24,833pa). Call-centre or clerical experience is useful; Welsh or English speakers are equally welcome and full training will be given. A DBS check is required and secondment applicants should ask their line manager for permission before applying.
