Job description
As Clinic Booking Coordinator with Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust based at Addenbrooke’s (Cambridge CB2), you will organise bookings for new and follow‑up paediatric clinic appointments and work closely with the paediatric administrator and clinical teams to keep clinics fully utilised. Day‑to‑day duties include appointment scheduling, accurate data entry, call and email handling, managing competing priorities and safeguarding confidential records. This permanent Band 3 role (salary £24,937–£26,598 pro rata) offers full‑time, part‑time and flexible working patterns to suit caring responsibilities.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required and the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this specific vacancy (student visa holders should note restrictions on full‑time permanent posts).
