An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Time and Part Time Clinic Booking Coordinator post. This role is to support the booking for new and follow up clinic appointments in the Paediatric service.You will be required to work flexibly and to organise workload and cope with conflicting demands.We are looking for someone that has good time management skills, good IT skills and have customer service
Experience
as the nature of the role requires excellent communication and organisation skills and a high level of computer literacy.
Main duties of the job
To deliver and maintain a professional administration within Paediatric Clinics.You will work closely with the Paediatric Administrator and Clinical team to ensure clinics are fully utilised at all times.
