Leeds Teaching Hospitals seeks an experienced and motivated senior nurse to take the Clinical Site Manager (XR08) post based at Leeds General Infirmary, LS1 3EX. This Band 8a, permanent role (salary £55,690–£62,682) sits within the LTHT Operations team and covers 24/7 operational leadership across the Trust. You will manage patient flow and bed allocation out of hours, lead clinical site management, co‑ordinate emergency and major incident responses, support discharge pathways and chair patient flow meetings. The role requires current UK professional registration, ENB 998/SLIP or equivalent degree, significant Band 7+ acute nursing experience, evidence of CPD, and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure; the post is subject to DBS checks. Closing date: 20 October 2025 (shortlisting 22/10/2025; interviews 03/11/2025).
