A compassionate Clinical Support Worker role within the Breast Unit at North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, based in Stockton-on-Tees (TS19), offers hands-on, patient-facing work supporting Consultant Radiologists and Radiographers during ultrasound imaging and interventional procedures. You will provide empathetic care to women attending both the National Breast Screening and symptomatic services, preparing rooms and trolleys, chaperoning, assisting patients, carrying out some clerical tasks, and supporting drainage, aspiration, wound dressing and after‑care. The post is permanent, full time, and carries a salary band of approximately £24,937–£26,598 pro rata per annum. The role requires travelling between group sites on a rotational basis and strong team communication; candidates without full qualifications may be considered and employed at Band 2 until qualified.
