Support adults with complex mental health needs from Saffron House in High Wycombe as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse with Oxford Health NHS Trust. This permanent role (full-time, part-time or flexible hours) offers a salary of £38,682–£46,580 plus a £3,500 incentive paid over 18 months (pro‑rata, non‑pensionable and subject to clawback; eligible to external recruits only). You’ll work autonomously within a skilled multidisciplinary team — medics, psychological therapists, social workers, OTs, support workers and peer support colleagues — delivering NICE‑guided assessments, care planning, crisis prevention and recovery interventions.
