Job description
You’ll work autonomously within a skilled multidisciplinary team — medics, psychological therapists, social workers, OTs, support workers and peer support colleagues — delivering NICE‑guided assessments, care planning, crisis prevention and recovery interventions. The role includes mentoring junior staff and students, leading projects, contributing to audits and service development, and promoting community inclusion.
