Job description
As a Community Support Worker with Sirona care & health in South Gloucestershire (base either Warmley Business Park, BS30, or Woodlands Court), you’ll support adults to live independently in their own homes by delivering delegated clinical, therapy and nursing‑led activities — rehabilitation, recovery, nursing tasks, personal care and daily routines. You’ll work closely with physiotherapists, nurses and the wider multi‑disciplinary team, often working independently across the locality and travelling as required. The role suits experienced healthcare assistants or support workers and those starting a career in care; an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable or you can work towards it. Please note Sirona cannot offer a Certificate of Sponsorship; if you require a visa you must have at least 14 months remaining on it.
This permanent Band 3 role (Agenda for Change) offers a pro‑rata salary of £24,937–£26,598, full NHS benefits including the NHS Pension Scheme, 27+ days’ annual leave, enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays, mileage reimbursement and a generous staff benefits package. Hours are full‑time, part‑time or flexible across shifts (service currently runs 08:00–20:00, seven days a week), with tailored training, apprenticeships and clear progression routes linked to local higher education partners. A DBS check is required. If you’re a caring, reliable person who wants meaningful, community‑centred work, click the "Apply Now" button alongside this advert to apply — you can also explore jobsincare.com for more information.
