A permanent Consultant Haematologist post at St Mary’s Hospital, Newport (PO30 5TG) offering a full-time consultant role within Isle of Wight NHS Trust. The post covers comprehensive clinical haematology including inpatient, outpatient and day-case care, haemato-oncology and blood transfusion services, review of blood films, and provision of expert advice. You will share a 1-in-4 on-call rota with Southampton colleagues, contribute to clinical governance, teaching, research and service development, and help the department progress towards UKAS accreditation. Salary range £105,504–£139,882. Applicants must hold GMC registration and be on (or eligible for) the Specialist Register in Haematology; skilled worker sponsorship is considered where needed.
