Support the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the North East London Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Hub based at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (London, E9). In this Coordinator role you will help advertise sessions, liaise with facilitators, training providers, subject matter leads and NEL trusts, keep accurate records of delivery and uptake, and ensure all governance requirements are met. You will work alongside the Senior Coordinator to support experts with lived experience—providing operational and pastoral support from recruitment through to delivery and debrief—to ensure training is authentic, safe and impactful. This role suits organised, compassionate administrators, carers and customer-facing professionals—particularly women seeking purposeful, people-centred work. Essential requirements include GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), strong written communication, experience of administration and data entry/analysis, and experience working with people with learning disabilities and autism; a DBS check will be required.
