We are seeking a Digital & Transformation Lead to drive digital innovation and service improvements across Worcester City PCN. This role will lead transformation projects, enhance patient access through technology, and support the long-term sustainability of general practice.
The successful candidate will work closely with the ICB Digital Transformation team, PCN leadership, and member practices to implement digital solutions and process improvements.
While the salary for this role is listed as a fixed amount, we are open to negotiation. We can offer a salary within the companys Band 8a range, depending on the candidates proven experience and qualifications.
